Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions made through My Morocco Travel's online catalogue. Any order placed on this site implies the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.
Purpose
This agreement is a distance contract whose purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of My Morocco Travel's products over the Internet, via the Maroc Telecommerce platform. Maroc Telecommerce is a transaction management service and a registered trademark of Maroc Telecommerce S.A.
Payment method
To pay for your order by bank card, e-wallet, or cash via Binga Wafacash, choose your payment method from those offered by My Morocco Travel on the order form:
- Card payment (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CMI, Diners Club and Discover).
- E-wallet payment (Moicash).
- Cash payment via Binga Wafacash.
In this case, the transaction is submitted for debit from your account within the day following the delivery confirmation date.
Your payments (by bank card, e-wallet, or cash via Binga Wafacash) are secured by Maroc Telecommerce, which provides a fully secure payment service.
The Customer guarantees to My Morocco Travel that they hold any authorisations that may be required to use the payment method they select when confirming the order form. In the case of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to fraudulent use of the payment method set out in the agreements between the Customer and the card issuer, and between My Morocco Travel and its bank, shall apply.

The data recorded by Maroc Telecommerce S.A on the MarocTelecommerce platform on behalf of My Morocco Travel constitutes proof of all commercial transactions carried out between you and My Morocco Travel.
Collection of and right of access to your personal data collected on this site
The information collected on www.mymorocco.ma when you submit a booking or quote request is processed electronically solely for the purpose of handling your request.
My Morocco Travel is the sole user of this data and undertakes not to disclose it to any third party. In accordance with Law No. 09-08 enacted by Dahir 1-09-15 of 18 February 2009 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have a right of access to and rectification of the information concerning you, which you may exercise by contacting this site's webmaster.
