No bad surprises! The information given for each activity and excursion regarding the programme and what's included matches the service you'll receive on-site.

Prices do not include any extras, tips or personal expenses.

Special conditions
Force majeure refers to any external event beyond the parties' control that prevents the client, the participants, the travel agency, or the service providers involved in delivering the booked service from fulfilling all or part of the agreed obligations.
The travel agency will make every effort to ensure the service runs smoothly. In the event of a failure due to circumstances beyond its control (civil or religious holidays, cultural or civil events, strikes, bad weather, political events, war or civil war…) and/or any incident, delay or other event caused by a third party or by the client, the travel agency cannot be held responsible.
Each party bears the costs it incurs as a result of a force majeure event. Consequently, the client alone will bear any additional costs incurred to continue the service following a force majeure event.
Where the travel agency is led, for reasons other than those mentioned above, to reverse the direction or order of the programme and/or modify certain services, it nonetheless commits to making every effort to maintain the booked programme and services as closely as possible, and to offer the client services at least equivalent, or compensatory services at least equivalent to the price difference between the originally planned services and those actually provided. The client may then only claim reimbursement for any services not replaced, or reimbursement of the price difference if the cost of the replacement services is lower than originally planned.
Certain activities (such as 4x4, quad, buggy, zipline, camel rides, wakeboarding, etc.) may carry a risk of injury or accident: the client must ensure that each participant enrolls with full knowledge of this and is in suitable physical condition for the type of activity chosen.
